Order Processing Time

• Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Peak Seasons: During high-demand periods or public holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days.
• Notification: You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order has been handed over to our courier partner.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Domestic (India): We ship across all states in India. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹999.
• Estimated Delivery:
  • Metros: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

Delivery Issues

• Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
• Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the courier partner first, then notify us within 48 hours.
