At Daeco Dry Foods, we strive to deliver the highest quality solar-dehydrated fruits, vegetables, and superfood powders. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return policy is designed to comply with food safety standards while ensuring customer fairness.
Eligibility for Returns
- Standard Items: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for non-edible items (if any) or completely unopened and sealed food packages.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with all original seals intact, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase from daecodryfoods.com is required.
Non-Returnable Items (Critical)
In accordance with health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened Food Packages: Any dehydrated vegetable, fruit, or superfood powder that has been opened or has a broken seal.
- Custom Blends: Any products customized specifically for a customer.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Take clear photographs of the package and the product.
Contact our support team at info@daecodryfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will evaluate the issue within 7–10 business days and keep you informed. If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Return Process
- Request: Email info@daecodryfoods.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return address.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
